End-to-end · one point of accountability
Data Destruction Service in India
Collection, secure transit, sanitisation, physical destruction, reconciliation and authorised e-waste disposal — managed end to end, with a signed destruction register as the deliverable. Across India.
The chain
Seven stages, each one recorded
Collect
Media gathered from your site in closed, labelled containers against a signed manifest. Nothing is handled in a public area.
Secure transit
Sealed containers, controlled vehicle, chained custody documented at each handover.
Sanitise
Proton degausser for magnetic media, with per-cycle field verification. Flash and optical media routed to shredding.
Destroy
Sanitised media crushed in a Proton PDS crusher. Nothing leaves as intact, drive-shaped scrap.
Reconcile
Assets in, assets destroyed, exceptions and discrepancies stated with reasons and signed off by both parties.
Dispose
Scrap handed to an authorised e-waste recycler under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, with documentation retained.
Certify
Signed destruction register, volume reconciliation, machine verification certificate and a certificate of destruction issued to you.
What we will not do
Trust in this industry is mostly a question of what a provider will not do. So, plainly:
- We do not resell hardware. We have no resale channel. Sanitised media is crushed; the scrap goes to a recycler.
- We do not batch-register. One row per asset, every time.
- We do not use unverified equipment. Our machines are maintained under AMC with periodic field-strength verification, and the certificate for the machine used on your job is part of the deliverable.
- We do not skip the degauss for convenience. Crushing without sanitising is faster and leaves the evidential basis open. It is not what we do.
- We do not take custody of media with a legal hold or a return obligation without written instruction.

How engagements are priced
Pricing is per media type with a minimum batch charge, plus travel where applicable. Flash and mobile devices are priced separately because they consume shredder capacity at a different rate. A witnessed run for a bank or government client, and a run executed to a client-specific register format, are quoted as options. What we do not do is quote a flat per-drive price and then discover the media was not all the same type.
